My experience with the Del.icio.us tagging and bookmarking was interesting. I created an account, found something to bookmark and tagged it. Even though I was able to complete these steps this I consider this web tool to be a waste of time. Granted it has a way to organize what is bookmarked, entering a URL for a bookmark, tagging, and then organizing the tags is too complex. In addition, Del.icio.us does not compete with the Favorites display on the homepage of my computer. Favorites also has a organizer so the tools on Del.icio.us is really nothing new. However, I will give it credit for one thing. It can be accessed from any computer that has internet.
Personally, I cannot see Del.icio.us as a tool that has the potential to be used in the classroom. Therefore, teachers cannot not take advantage of this social bookmarking site.
Perhaps there are sites that are better or perhaps I missed the entire point behind the purpose of Del.icio.us. Nevertheless, I do not consider this a easy to create bookmarks.

The start page that I chose to is Netvibes. It appealed to me more than the other start pages because it looked cool and unique. I discovered that I could go to add content and find categories with a list of things that I can add to my start page. It's a possibility that I might make Netvibes my permanent home page.
The online calendars can be useful to me. They can help put my life in a better perspective. Without calendar a person schedule can be out of order. By using one of these calendars I can plain my days, weeks, and months more effectively.
The to-do lists is helpful. Its not too much work. In fact, it can help keep a person from putting too much on them at one time. Having a to-do list can work well with a calendar because calendars can help a person split a overwhelming to-do list into separate days.
The tool that I could use and recommend to others is the start page. I found it to be the most impressive tool to use. It's an easy way to have all of your favorite web pages on one site.

My experience with wiki was quite interesting. It was simply. I created an account and copied and pasted something from me blog page. Like I seen in a video illustration, I would use wiki to make plans with my friends. The thing thats interesting about wiki is that people create some humorous things. I even read some humorous comments on wiki. The wiki concept help keep people connected in sharing creative ideas.

I setup an account with both flowchart and mind map. The flowchart tool that I chose to eplore is called Gliffy and the mind map I chose is called Bubbl.us. They are both exceptionally unique. However, I chose Bubbl.us because it looked simple and it was. With Bubbl.us, I created a small family chart that linked my family together from top to bottom or from side to side. I was also able to change the colors of the chart. On the other hand, I chose Gliffy because it looked simple as well. Gliffy allowed me to drag shapes and pictures from the categories on the left side of the page in order for me to create a chart. I liked both Gliffy and Bubbl.us but Giffy seem to be a more advance web tool to use.

Zoho seems as if it is a easy accessible and time saving web-based application for people in the technology world to make good use of. I consider this to be and awesome discovery to me. I expolded some of the feather and I can see myself using this web-based application in the near future. Reading the Zoho Writer tutorial impressed with the many improved and advanced features that can be applied when using this application. The fact that I can access my documents from anywhere there is internet without a memorystick is amazing. This web-based application may or may not replace a multitude of different software versions but it will be a difinitely blessing to everyone who discovers it such as I have.
I found Google Doc to be a web based application that is also helpful to people in the technology world. Upon exploring Google Doc I was able to create a powerpoint document that I named My Google Drawing. Also, I discovered that I could download my powerpoint document in order to use more templates.
My classroom students will be able to work together using a web based application. I can put my class in small groups and give them a powerpoint assignment in which they can work on together. Through Google Doc they can share a file using the same web-based application and each student can make their own contribution to the group assignment.
Google Doc and Zoho are somewhat different to me. Google Doc seemed a little more complicated to me than Zoho. Maybe I did explore Google Doc enough but I was about to follow Zoho because of the tutorial that I was about the read. I pefer Zoho because it looked like I had more temple access and seemed the easiest to work with.

I expored two of Googles very useful tools. They are Google Calender Tour and Google Translate. My experience with both of these tools were good. I comprehended to them a little better than I thought. The Google Calender Tour was quite simple to do. I was able to set up an account and schedule some very important appointments that I must attend. Google Translate is something I have use before. It has over fifty different language references that can be translated. It was very useful for a spanish class that I had to take once before. Both Google tools are useful for educational purposes. One of them can help students and teachers keep track of their appointments. The other one can assist students trying to learn a foreign language.

The method of finding RSS feeds that I found easiest to use is the Recommended items icon. This icon did not really have any feeds that I was interested in but it was the easiest for me to use. Using the Add a subscription was not the hard either.
Google Blog Search was the easiest tool for me to use when searching for new feeds. On the other hand, I found Topix to be more confussing than the other tools. Feeds were not confussing for me to find. Although I did find that some of the sites I visited did not have RSS icons on some of my favorite sites. Nevertheless, I was able to found some others. I think RSS is very neat and refreashing for people who like to stay updated.
